What we collect
When you use the contact or appraisal form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, suburb, preferred contact time, and any message you include.
We also use Google Analytics, a web analytics service, to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are visited. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange your free property appraisal. We only use your information for the reason you gave it to us, and we never contact you for any other purpose without your agreement.
How we store it
When you submit the form, your details are sent securely to our enquiry provider (Formspree) and forwarded to Team Irshad. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you, or for as long as we are required to by law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It is used only by Team Irshad, and only where needed to follow up on your enquiry. Your form submission is processed by Formspree on our behalf, and anonymous analytics data is processed by Google on our behalf, under each provider's privacy terms.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will respond promptly, and no later than the timeframe set out in the Act.
